On this page we explain what will happen when you apply to Module.

Shortly after receiving your application we will assess your CV. As well as an automated confirmation, each applicant should receive a response within 5 working days. We do not differentiate between specific job applications and open applications.

Our Consultants will make a careful assessment of your CV to see if it meets the criteria for the position you have shown an interest in. At the same time they will judge if your CV could be relevant for another current or future position. We will base this judgement on items like education, work experience and working conditions as well as on our customer requirements.

More than just filling in a form . . .
The next step is an interview at one of our offices. During this interview we will discuss your education and working experience in depth. We also want to hear about your motivation and personal ambitions. We will try to get as clear a picture of you as possible to see if you are the right candidate for the position and if this is the right job for you. Both considerations are equally important to us.

Obviously during the interview you will receive all the necessary information about the position and the hiring organisation. We have an exceptionally high success rate due to the fact that we not only know our candidates but also our clients (99% of the time we have visited them and had a tour of their offices).  

With your permission we will also perform a reference check after the interview. 

Only after these steps have been gone through (the process actually goes much faster than it sounds), will we introduce you to our customer. The customer will then decide if you are to be invited for an interview at their office and will take over from this point. Obviously Module will help facilitate this process fully.

To clarify: Module will not use your information without your permission. Only when you give us the go-ahead, will we send your CV to the customer discussed. Module exercises the utmost caution and confidentiality to both her candidates and her customers. We can assure you that your application is in safe hands with us and we will never contact your current employer.

You will recognise our discretion also in the follow up procedure. If we don’t have a suitable vacancy for you now, we will keep your information in our database. As soon as a suitable vacancy crops us, we will contact you immediately about the position and organisation. Though we will only send your CV to a customer after we receive permission from you.
