When we have received your vacancy we will contact you to discuss the details of the position and we will try to get a good picture of the ideal candidate. If we haven’t visited your organization before, we would like to meet with you to get a clear impression of your organization, for example by means of a tour.

After we have put our general terms of conditions at your disposal, your vacancy will be placed – without mentioning your name – for a short as possible period of time on our website and various other (paid) websites. Your vacancy will also be placed in one of our frequently published personnel adds in renowned professional magazines.

We always recruit pro-actively for our most frequently occurring vacancies.  This ensures that we always have an updated and extensive database of qualified professionals, who we have in most cases recently recruited. It regularly happens that we can send you a qualified candidate with short notice when you make apply to our services.  

Lastly Module is also present on community sites like Linkedin, Hyves and Twitter. This is the sort of pro-activity that you will also find in our other processes. If we can help you, maybe not today but in the future then we are happy to be prepared.

Our candidates
Candidates are primarily selected on the basis of their CV and application letter (and if applicable portfolio). With the suitable candidate we have an extensive interview in one of our offices. We discuss education, work experience and get an idea of the motivation and personal ambition of the candidate. We use this to get an optimal picture of the candidate, after which we can make a assessment if this is the right candidate for your vacancy.

After visiting your company and our interviews with the candidates we know ‘who to place where’. We carry out for you the extensive preliminary work and present you only with the CV of candidates that we are convinced will be able to carry out the required activities and that they fit in to your organization with regard to personality and ambition.

No solution, no payment required
We carry out all of the above services for our customers and candidates. These services are obviously free of charge for our candidates and for companies, payment for our services is only required when a solution has been found.
