Internal quality
Our staff are well trained professionals with experience in both labour intermediation and in the branches which we are operating in. We continuously demand a high standard of quality from our current and new staff members. All staff that starts at Module receive an intensive internal basic training in communication, knowledge of legislation and rules, behaving commercially responsible, knowledge of the market and personnel counselling. We feel that it is of the utmost importance for our staff to keep abreast of the latest developments in the areas we are operating in. Finally our employees get external professional business training and they must get the SEU-certified branch diploma in labour intermediation.

Module is a member of the ABU and certified according the NEN 4400-1 norm.
Module is a member of the ABU (General Association for Recruiting Agencies). The membership of the ABU stands for quality and security. All agencies who are members of the ABU are financially solid. Twice a year they are checked by a recognised controlling institution on legal compliance, documents control, adherence to rules and paying policy. Only organisations who meet these strict criteria can get the NEN 4400-1 certificate.

Members of the ABU are also members of the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA). This minimises the liability for users. On the website of the SNA all financially reliable organisations are mentioned. This site is updated on a daily base. SNA is the successor to the Stichting Financiële Toetsing, established by the ABU in order to offer a good alternative for hiring organisations for the loss of legal safeguarding towards liability for payment of taxes and social premiums.
Moreover, Recruitment Agencies which are members of the ABU have to work to a strict code of conduct; those additional rules are on top of the legal rules on integrity. These rules of conduct declare that you and the temp staff are doing business with an open and reliable agency.
