The Bridge Personality is an authoritative interactive personality Assessment widely used as means of selection and development of staff on various levels (MBO, HBO and academic). Both test and test report are available in Dutch and English.
It measures personality, abilities and competencies. Main advantages are its scientific foundation, reliability and the fact that it allows you to measure not only candidate’s personality, but also work attitude and behavioural style and preferences.

Background
This Assessment is based on two renowned theories: The Big Five personality theory and the Carl Jung Type-theory.
Thesis’s target on four main groups: Directing, Output, Attitude and Inspiration. Each further divided into 34 dimensions (for example: Decisive, Methodical and Self-confident). Test results are presented in an extensive test report and offers insight in candidate’s Personality, Jung type and competencies.
